The Naked Stage
Celebrating 11 Years of Naked Stage
The Naked Stage is back and better than ever! Union is excited to share a new vision statement for our beloved storytelling program. This vision statement serves as a foundation for the Naked Stage, sets an inclusive purpose for our storytelling, and provides clear direction for the future.
The Naked Stage at Union is a home where we tell our stories, share our perspectives, and embrace our vulnerabilities with an audience eager to listen.
The Naked Stage hosts story-telling and spoken word. We encourage brave vulnerability by asking people to tell their stories without screens, notes or props: Naked. On any given night, stories and poems will range from funny to inspiring to sentimental. Our audiences are supportive. Our stage is full of grace and passion. Our story-tellers are honest and brave.

Speakers are to show up at 7:15pm the night of the event. Story times should be 5-8 minutes long. Storytellers cannot use notes, slides, or props.
